Sako Tech Sdn. Bhd currently operates in Johor state, Malaysia since 2018 established by, Mr. Sheikh Ahmad Ariffudin, strong background in diesel engine and experts in dealing marine engineering including names-caterpillar, cummins, yanmar, Mitsubishi, Detroit Engine, Nigata Transmission, Twin Disc and other related engineering field.

Sako Tech Sdn. Bhd was incorporated based in Pasir Gudang, Johor since 2018 and has established itself from its humble beginning to major player in the marine repair industry specialising in Volvo Penta engines and other affiliated brand names such as ZF propulsion, Twin Disc, and Humphrees.

Sako Tech Marine was established in 2018 by Mr. Sheikh Ahamd Ariffudin after being a loyal servant of Volvo Penta affiliates in Singapore for 15 years. Starting off as Volvo trucks technician in 2000, he then ventured to Singapore in 2003 as diesel engine technician and rose up to the position of Project Manager. Since 2004, he has been accumulating vast experiences in the marine engineering field.

In 2010, he joined Volmag Engineering Pte Ltd, a Volvo Penta dealer in Singapore as their project & technical manager. Ever since, he has been working with Volvo Penta products from installation, trouble shooting, maintenance to repairs. In 2018, he returned to Malaysia with determination to set his own company.

In 2018, Sako Tech Marine succesfully incorporated based in Pasir Gudang, Johor. It begins its journey from a humble to professional player in marine repair industry specialising in Volvo Penta engines and other affiliated brand names demonstrates such ZF Propulsion, Twin Disc and Humphrees.
