A phase change is a physical process in which a substance goes from one phase to another. Usually the change occurs when adding or removing heat at a particular temperature, known as the melting point or the boiling point of the substance. This phase change modeling will be challenging as soon as the number of components enhanced or the pressure and temperature goes around critical and supercritical regimes. 


There are many methods for modeling the interfaces between the Phases, but the following are the most precise and practical ones:

2- Volume of fluid (VOF)
