# Privacy Policy — SaidAI

## What SaidAI does
SaidAI is a private after-meeting log. After a meeting ends, you open the app and speak in your own voice about what you committed to do. The app sends that voice recording to a third-party service to produce a short task list. You review the list, confirm or edit it, and save a dated debrief on your device. SaidAI is not a meeting recorder, not a minutes generator, and not a chatbot.

## 1. Data we collect

If you contact Support or tap Report, we receive the message you send. We do not collect a second copy of your audio unless you attach one yourself.

## 2. Data we do not collect
- **No account.** No login, no registration, no email address (unless you write to Support).
- **No analytics.** No analytics SDK, no usage tracking, no crash reporting service in v1.
- **No advertising.** No ads, no advertising identifiers, no ad networks.
- **No tracking.** No cross-app or cross-site tracking of any kind.
- **No contacts, camera, or location.** The app uses the microphone only.
- **No server-side storage by UPİGAİ.** We do not operate a server that stores your voice recordings, task lists, or debriefs. Everything stays on your device.

## 3. Third-party AI processing
When you tap **Continue** on the in-app consent screen ("Voice goes out for the list"), your voice recording is sent to **OpenAI** for processing:
- **Whisper** transcribes your speech into text.
- **GPT-4o-mini** extracts a short list of personal commitments from that transcript.
The audio is used **only** to produce that list. Under [OpenAI's API data usage policy](https://openai.com/policies/api-data-usage-policies), data submitted through the API is **not used to train OpenAI's models**.
If you tap **Not now**, no voice data leaves your device and the list feature stays off until you agree.

## 4. Where your data lives
All debriefs, task lists, and consent records are stored locally on your device. UPİGAİ does not maintain a cloud copy.
- **Deleting a debrief** removes that record from the device.
- **Uninstalling the app** deletes the entire local log.
- **Revoking consent** in Settings stops all future voice processing. It does not erase audio that was already sent to OpenAI for a prior debrief.

## 5. Payments
Subscriptions are processed entirely by the **Apple App Store** or **Google Play**. UPİGAİ does not handle payment card numbers. Subscription management (renewal, cancellation, refunds) is handled by your store account.

## 6. Children
SaidAI is not directed at children under 13 and is not listed in any Kids category. If you are under 13, do not use the app.

## 7. Your choices
- **Consent screen:** Tap Not now to keep voice processing off. You can agree later.
- **Revoke consent:** Open Settings inside SaidAI and revoke your voice-list consent. This stops all voice processing for future debriefs.
- **Microphone permission:** Revoke microphone access in your device's system Settings at any time.
- **Notifications:** Disable "Look again" reminders in system Settings at any time.
- **Delete data:** Delete individual debriefs inside the app, or uninstall the app to remove all local data.
- **Support inquiries:** Email said@upigai.com to ask what data we hold from a Report or Support message you sent.

## 8. Data retention
We do not retain your voice recordings or debriefs because we do not store them. The only data we may hold is the content of a Report or Support message you voluntarily send to said@upigai.com.

## 9. Changes to this policy
If we add a new third-party AI provider, a new in-app consent screen will appear before your next debrief. We will update this policy and note the change. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notice.
