The San Andreas Highway Patrol provides ride-alongs for citizens to observe the daily responsibilities of a Trooper firsthand. 

During a ride-along, you'll accompany a Trooper on their regular duties, which may involve responding to potentially dangerous service calls. Although precautions are taken to ensure your safety, the Troopers' primary obligation is to carry out their duties. In the event of an emergency, it's imperative that you promptly and unquestionably follow any directives given to you by the Troopers.
