To keep this learning process ongoing, training and knowledge sharing sessions are organised every week to keep team members updated and informed. They are also encouraged to attend seminars, professional courses and workshops for skill development. Employees, especially those at the dawn of their career, are mentored by partners directly to imbibe in them best of professional and ethical practices.

Hence, we follow a mechanism of work allocation and scheduling, so as to not over burden any of our team member.
