Advisory area includes largely acquisition & merger of companies and consultancy for tax planning of non-residents matters.

CA Sahil Pandita is a member of ICAI with over 11 years’ post qualification and over 5 years’ pre qualification experience. He has a brilliant academic carrier and done his B Com. He has worked with professionally managed corporate and reputed and rich experienced practicing Chartered Accountants in capacity as a consultant. He has experience of handling corporate affairs in different areas for over years. He has been conducting Statutory & Tax audit, Internal audit of large & medium scale Limited Companies Co operative Societies, Charitable Trusts and Societies, Proprietorship and Partnership firms and providing services in the field of accounts, CC Limit/OD Limit & Loans, Income Tax, Indirect Taxes & Company Law matters.
