Pawel Bylina received his PhD in 1996 in Earth sciences, mineralogy. He specializes in clay mineralogy, structure of minerals as well as in metamorphic geology. In years 2010-2013 he successfully managed the project of reconstruction of 19th century Chausseestaub ceramic technology. Since 2016 he cooperates with Sebastian Różycki in studies on AL Treblinka I and AL Riese complex.
