Scratch Junior can be used from late Pre-Primary through to Year 2, and like Scratch, it can be integrated across a range of learning areas (e.g. Science, English, etc). It is especially useful for digital storytelling.
An important tip for using SJR is to teach students to put their name in the project title, and to assign them to a specific tablet (usually a number) so that they can retrieve and share their work.
