Our mission is to save lives, Protect communities and work together for the future of San Andreas. Our vision is to make San Andreas a safer place by being a modern, community-focused and influential fire & rescue service. A number of factors are important to us and they influence how the department will meet the challenges of making San Andreas a safer place to live, work and visit.
San Andreas Fire Department's main role as a fire and rescue service is to make San Andreas the safest state. This means working to make sure San Andreas has the lowest number of fires and fewer injuries and deaths caused by fire. The department can do this by influencing safety in the built environment and working with other agencies to spread awareness and regulation.
San Andreas Fire Department is trusted by the people and is helping to create a safer, healthier San Andreas by working with local communities and departments to promote awareness and safety.
In addition to the aims of reducing the risk of fire and the risk from fire, the San Andreas Fire Department will also deliver a wide range of services, information and advice together with emergency partners to contribute to:
The lowest numbers of deaths and injuries from road traffic collisions (working with traffic safety divisions)
Early detection and prevention of forest fires (working with the San Andreas Park Rangers)
Highest survival rates in cardiac arrests (spreading first aid care and rapid response from EMS)
