The San Andreas Fire Department Lifeflight operates three air ambulances covering two districts. We operate from the Sandy Shores Airport in the Blaine County District and Los Santos International Airport in the Los Santos District.

Lifeflight utilizes Two Eurocopter EC145 and One AgustaWestland AW139 that mainly serves as a Rescue Helicopter.

Lifeflight operates 24 hours & 7 days a week and Every second counts in an emergency and on average, our crew arrive on scene within ten minutes, whether by air ambulance or in one of our critical care cars.

The Critical Care Team works closely with Lifeflight to ensure patient survivability. Aircraft reaches remote locations to attend to patients unreachable by land ambulance
