GUI Interface to do initial authentication configuration of the device
Urine Volume Meter device is not only real time urine volume parameter display device. It is capable of real time data upload to the web server through Wifi network. Doctors can analyze patients data individually through private web page of the hospital. But at the beginning this device must be configured by giving authentication data such as Patient ID, SSID of the wifi network, Password of the wifi network and API key of the private web page. So these authentication data can be upload to the device through PC based GUI Interface. This device can be easily plug into the PC by using USB cable. Data uploader software was coded using C# language.

Calibration Results and Analysis
Theoretically, the average volume of a drop is 0.05ml, that is 20 droplets per ml. But to find the drop size, an experiment was done using a ‘Perfusor Compact’. There the flowrates were set from 10ml/h to 200ml/h in the step of 10ml/h and calculated the drop count for 5ml of water. That was done for 5 trials and using that the drop volume was calculated at each trial. Then took the mean drop size was taken. The table below shows some results of the experiment.
Since the flowrates of the device is around 30ml/h to 180ml/h, the mean drop volume which is 0.0614ml was taken for the calculation of volume. The graph below shows the variation of the drop size with the flowrate graphically. From this graph, it is clear that the drop volume increases slightly with the increasing flow rate.
But according to the graph below, we can see that the error percentage with each drop size in different flowrates with the mean drop size we use (which is 0.0614ml) is less than 5%. So, the method used by us is very much accurate because of the low error percentage. The blue colored line shows the error percentage with the theoretical value. Theoretically, 0.05ml is taken as the drop size. But here it is clear that if 0.05ml is used, it gives inaccurate end results for the volume
