Synchronous Tools
Zoom: It's a great synchronous tool. You can schedule Zoom meetings and post the Zoom meeting links on Google Calendar. The students will only need to click the link and type their first name only to participate. New to Zoom? Before joining a webinar, you'll just need to visit csus.zoom.us and login with your SacLink credentials to confirm your free campus account.
Google Hangouts Meet: Similar to Zoom, Google Hangouts Meet is another great synchronous tool for teaching and learning. Please use this cheat sheet to start.
Google Doc or Google Sheet: You can create an editable Google Doc or Google Sheet synchronously with the students. You will need to let the students know when the synchronous activity will be held online.
