Sacred Butterfly is a fantasy and fictional narrative series created by Elise Rose, the person developing this website and the person writing this! As well as singlehandedly developing this entire website.

The story generally revolves around a so-called hero chosen by fate to save the planet and it's people from the evils that threaten it. This hero is titled, "The Sacred Butterfly". It is a lengthy series that spans across multiple eras or sagas. Those eras are divided into entries or parts. Those parts are then divided into chapters!

This story isn't really a novel, or a game, or an animated show, or a comic. As much as it would be nice for it to become that. All it is, is just a story! But how will you experience Sacred Butterfly? By reading my story here! This website was made for interested readers experience my passion project - my life's work!

Sacred Butterfly currently has two entries officially planned for it. Look at what they're about!

Sacred Butterfly: Heart-Split

The very first entry of the Sacred Butterfly series. This first part follows Dusk Echo, who wields one half of a beloved friend's heart, and Akari Beacon, the child of light, as they go on a journey to piece together Dusk's broken memories and restore Anakin, Dusk's whole-hearted self. Along the way they make new friends, unravel mysteries that change their lives forever, and stop the destructive actions of Dawn, Dusk's twin sister and Anakin's other half, who seeks seemingly reckless vengeance on the world and it's Monarchy of Darkness.

This entry is the first series in the Main Era, the Restoration Era.

Sacred Butterfly Zero: Century

A follow-up prequel to Sacred Butterfly: Heart-Split. The first entry of the Sacred Butterfly Zero series. This part follows Akari Beacon 100 years before the events of Sacred Butterfly: Heart-Split. He navigates their planet that's completely overtaken by the Blackburn Administration. Within the span of 100 years, he finds the town of Hollow, which at the time is tiny and helps it grow into a save haven free from King Blackburn's cruel control. All while he learns about Anakin, his long lost best friend, as well as Dusk. And becomes a part of a found family, as well as learning about his past and the Great Amora Holy War.

This entry is the first season (not in the timeline, but in release order) in the Prologue Era.
