Education

Obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition/Dietetics from the University of New Mexico in 2003. Obtained a Master of Science in Nutrition from the University of the Incarnate Word in 2007. Completed my Dietetic Internship and obtained my Registered Dietitian Credentials in 2007.

Experience

Employed as the District Dietitian, Child Nutrition Supervisor, and finally Child Nutrition Director for Harlandale Independent School District from 2007 to 2014.

San Antonio College Faculty in the Natural Sciences Department from 2014 to present.
