Ms. Greco is a registered citizen of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma. She have been teaching Art Appreciation at San Antonio College since receiving a Masters of Fine Arts degree in 1981. In 1984 she received a Masters of Anthropology degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Her archaeological experience includes excavations and research on material culture in Lower Pecos are in south Texas and the Maya in Central America in addition to conducting research concerned with aesthetic images created by incarcerated Chicanos and their role in maintaining emotional bonds with loved ones and ties to cultural heritage.
Her current projects include research focusing on the iconography of the ancient Maya stemming from recent research as a project Illustrator for The Programme for Belize Archaeological Project affiliated with the Mesoamerican Archaeological Research Laboratory (MARL) at the University of Texas at Austin.
