Jennifer Caraway is a full time chemistry instructor at San Antonio College, primarily teaching both Introductory Chemistry and General Chemistry tracks. Her Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Mathematics was awarded by the University of the Incarnate Word in 2008. She received a Master’s in Inorganic Chemistry in 2013 from the University of Texas at Austin. Her thesis work focused on systems of conductive metallopolymers with imbedded nanoparticles, seeking to enhance their stability and absorption properties for applications in electronic materials (such as solar cells and OLEDs). She has taught at San Antonio College since 2014 and serves as a co-advisor for the SAC Natural Sciences Club and SACNAS chapter.
