Sabrina Teyssier

I am a researcher at INRAE (french National Institute for Agriculture Food and Environment) working at GAEL (Grenoble Applied Economics Laboratory).

My main research interests are in the areas of behavioral and experimental economics, and I specifically apply my research to the field of food consumption. I am working on cooperation, social preferences, social norms, consumer and corporate social responsibility as well as on sustainable food choices and purchases in individual and collective settings.

My current projects (ANR, INRAE metaprogram, Heath Ministry, European Commission) aim to understand individual and collective consumer food behavior and to suggest public policy interventions to change behavior toward sustainable consumption. My research focuses in particular on the role of information, social interactions, and the relationship between supply and demand.
