When Optimus Prime leaves Earth to find his creator in space, Cade Yeager is gifted a Talisman by a dying Transformer knight, finds himself and the Autobots pursued by both the Decepticons and the Transformers Reaction Force (TRF). Cade is soon recruited along with a British professor by an astronomer who is the last of the Order of the Witwiccans to once again save the world from a new impending threat.
If viewers felt that something was missing from the Transformers series after Sam Witwicky (Shia LaBeouf) parted ways, handing the reins over to Mark Wahlberg's 'Cade Yeager,' there may be more evidence than ever that something is missing. Something that, in the new mythology of the Transformers series, is pretty important. It's a moment that stretches believability (and in a movie about King Arthur's robotic alien knights, that's saying something), but according to Sir Burton's explanation, Sam is the latest in a long line of people chosen to aid the Transformers, should the need arise.

As part of the explanation of just how important a role the Transformers have played in Earth's history, and how long they have been doing so, fans are treated to more than one flashback montage to highlight Transformer combat from famous historical periods. Aside from King Arthur's knights and some allusions to presence in Feudal Japan, we also get to see Bumblebee take a trip back to World War II, blasting away Nazis in support of the Allies as you would expect him to... while taking on a new disguise.
This score is a mixed bag. It has some great melodies, but also contains a lot of mindless filler music for all the action scenes. What I can say for certain is that the score is at least better than the movie. Since it is the last film directed by Michael Bay, I have no clue whether Steve Jablonsky will stick with the franchise. I think that there is still potential for him to bundle up the accumulated good ideas into one great Transformers score. Therefore, I would not mind if the new director gave him the touch and the power to write a final score for the upcoming Transformers movie.
When Anthony Hopkins says he just doesn't get the story behind Transformers: The Last Knight, he's not trying slam the latest sequel. He's 79 years old, and as any Transformers fan of any age can attest, the last four movies had convoluted, confusing storylines that sometimes didn't make a lick of sense. On that note, the iconic actor does want fans to know he had an absolute blast making the movie.
So, there you go. If you walk out of The Last Knight with a billion questions about what just happened, Anthony Hopkins is probably the last person you should talk too about it. Anthony Hopkins might be an Academy Award winning actor, and a classically trained thespian, but he says he'll never shy away from appearing in a giant summer tentpole blockbuster. He loves the so-called 'popcorn' movies. And he's always followed one rule his father offered to him at a young age. 'Go where the money is.' And since his twenties, Hopkins has been trying to do just that.
Yeager hides out at a junkyard, which serves as a sanctuary for many of the surviving Autobots Bumblebee, Hound, Drift, Crosshairs, Grimlock, Wheelie, and many others. While there, Yeager finds that Izabella has followed him back; Yeager tells her to leave but Izabella wants to stay and fight. The Decepticons arrive at the junkyard and attack the Autobots; in the ensuing chaos, most of the attacking cons are killed except Nemesis and Barricade. Yeager is confronted by Cogman, a Headmaster, and the Autobot Hot Rod. Optimus allows him to take Cade to England and there meets with Sir Edmund Burton, the last living member of the ppm I Witwiccan Order. Burton tells Cade of the Transformers' origins, saying that the collision of Cybertron with Earth would spell certain doom. He tasks Yeager, with obtaining his staff so they can prevent an ancient evil from being awakened. Burton tells Yeager that, as a person defined by honor and dignity, he is the last knight. The talisman given to Yeager has wrapped around his arm by this point. The trio are forced to evacuate Burton's home when the mercenaries arrives.
At the Knight Ship, Soundblaster activates a drill to begin draining the core of its power using the staff and some nuclear fuel rods supplied from Attinger whom he killed after. As the military intervenes, Nemesis shoots Burton, who dies by Cogman and Cade's side. Optimus unites the Knights with the Autobots and the TRF soldiers. Boarding Dragonstorm, they set off to stop the villains. They raid Lockdowns ship killing buzz saw in the process angering soundblaster and battle against the Decepticons and free their allies. The Autobots then go to stop him while TRF soldiers engage the mercenaries and bumblebee takes on his old enemy for the last time so they can get to the staff. As Optimus drift and hound approach the bridge nemesis damages hound but is then put down by prime, the Autobots battle Soundblaster but drift sacrifices his life to save prime, who then defeats Soundblaster. While Bumblebee destroys barricade, and Cade with Viviane help removes the staff and the drill shuts down and is destroyed by the knights while soundblaster muckily claims prime had doomed their world permanently Optimus declares that earth was the transformers home now and kills the notorious decepticon for good they then escape while Lockdowns ship crushes in to the ocean.
The film opens in England during the Dark Ages. King Arthur (Liam Garrigan) and his knights are all in the middle of an epic battle, but their side is losing and being crushed by gigantic fireballs. Arthur awaits his last hope, Merlin (Stanley Tucci), to save them. The other knights dismiss Merlin as nothing more than a drunk. After downing his drink, Merlin finds a Cybertronian Knight and asks for his help in the fight. The Knight presents Merlin with a powerful staff that will allow him to control Dragonstorm. Merlin wields the staff, which brings Dragonstorm down to help Arthur and his army lay waste to their enemies.
Transformers is without question one of the biggest movie franchises ever. The series began in 2007 with the original Transformers, and since then has earned nearly $4 billion at the worldwide box office thanks to its three sequels, making it the eleventh highest-grossing film franchise. The fourth sequel, Transformers: The Last Knight, hits theaters on June 21, and it seems like it could bring the franchise to a close. So Is Transformers: The Last Knight the last Transformers movie?

Cade's plane lands at Sir Burton's castle, where he and Bumblebee are shot at by a tank Transformer. Sir Burton apologizes and takes a look at the Talisman. Hot Rod arrives carrying Viviane, who is unhappy at being kidnapped. Once things calm down, Sir Burton explains he's the last of the Order of the Witwiccans. Cade's boorish behavior towards Viviane results in him being assaulted by Cogman. Sir Burton shows off portraits of his family tree and the Witwiccans, and relates how the Transformers have been helping humans for centuries, such as when Bumblebee and Hot Rod took part in World War II. They head to another building which houses the original Round Table used by King Arthur and his knights when they teamed up with the twelve Guardian Knights. Further there is a legend that a last knight would be found and thanks to possessing the Talisman, that's Cade. Only Merlin's DNA can unlock the power of the staff, which is where Viviane comes in as a direct descendant of Merlin. She has no idea where the staff might be though. Further discussion is halted as MI6 and TRF forces arrive to assault the castle. Despite one of the elderly Autobots attempting to defend the castle only to power down as a result of his aging, Hot Rod's time stopper weapon gives the group enough time to escape.
The chamber tumbles down until it comes to rest on another part of Cybertron. Inside, chaos reigns as the Autobots and Decepticons fight and Viviane grabs the staff. Optimus kicks Megatron through a wall shortly before another impact sends the chamber tumbling out of the sky. Bumblebee kills Nitro Zeus and blasts Quintessa as Optimus manages to distract her. Quintessa vanishes in a flash of blue light. Viviane finally pulls the staff free, shutting down the Ignition Chamber just before it crashes to the ground. Optimus dramatically drives out of the cloud of debris raised by its impact, carrying Cade and Viviane. As everyone reunites, Optimus gives another stirring speech about how Earth and Cybertron are now joined as one before the Autobots depart for Cybertron alongside the guardian knights. be457b7860
