The property is wrapped in wooded trails giving it a nice sense of isolation. When visitors arrive they'll travel up a lane framed in Cherry trees to a loop drive. There is a covered shelter for bad weather and two entrances to the barn. One side of the property holds the covered arena and two round pens, the other side has the outdoor arena, hay barn and third round pen.

There are 2 large pastures and 4 smaller paddocks for turnout. Turnouts, like stalls, are color coded. Stallions go in blue fencing, geldings can go in any fencing, mares go in pink and white fencing. The White Pasture is 35 acres and the Blue Pasture is 20 acres. The paddocks are 5 acres.
