Sabhah is provided by WE CODE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY COMPANY. This policy covers version 3.0 and later versions with the same data practices.
Sabhah works offline and does not require an account. The app does not send your counts, preferences, identifiers or usage activity to us. It does not include advertising, tracking, analytics or a third-party crash-reporting service.
Your counts, session history, language and appearance preferences are stored locally on your device. Sounds and visual elements are bundled with the app or generated on the device. Sabhah does not offer its own cloud synchronization. Device backups may be managed separately by Apple according to your device settings.
Starting a fresh session preserves earlier counts in your garden. Deleting the app removes its local app data from that device; separately retained device backups may still contain earlier data. We cannot retrieve your local counts from a server.
If you contact support, your email provider sends the information you choose to include. We use your message to respond to your request. Please avoid sending sensitive information or unnecessary screenshots. Support correspondence is separate from the offline app. Our email service provider processes support messages to deliver and store them. You may contact us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to any retention required by law.

تقدّم تطبيق سبحة شركة WE CODE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY COMPANY. تنطبق هذه السياسة على الإصدار ٣٫٠ والإصدارات اللاحقة التي تتبع ممارسات البيانات نفسها.
يعمل سبحة بلا إنترنت ولا يحتاج إلى حساب. لا يرسل التطبيق عدّاتك أو تفضيلاتك أو معرّفاتك أو نشاط استخدامك إلينا. ولا يتضمن إعلانات أو تتبّعاً أو تحليلات أو خدمة خارجية للإبلاغ عن الأعطال.
تُحفظ عدّاتك وسجل جلساتك وتفضيلات اللغة والمظهر محلياً على جهازك. الأصوات والعناصر المرئية مضمنة في التطبيق أو تُنشأ على الجهاز. لا يوفّر سبحة مزامنة سحابية خاصة به. وقد تدير Apple نسخ الجهاز الاحتياطية بشكل منفصل وفق إعدادات جهازك.
يحتفظ بدء جلسة جديدة بالعدّات السابقة في الحديقة. يؤدي حذف التطبيق إلى إزالة بياناته المحلية من ذلك الجهاز، وقد تبقى بيانات سابقة ضمن النسخ الاحتياطية المحفوظة بشكل منفصل. لا يمكننا استرجاع عدّاتك المحلية من خادم.
إذا تواصلت مع الدعم، يرسل مزوّد بريدك المعلومات التي تختار تضمينها. نستخدم رسالتك للرد على طلبك. تجنّب إرسال معلومات حساسة أو صور غير ضرورية. مراسلات الدعم منفصلة عن التطبيق غير المتصل. يعالج مزوّد البريد رسائل الدعم لتسليمها وتخزينها. يمكنك التواصل معنا لطلب حذف مراسلات الدعم، مع مراعاة أي احتفاظ يفرضه النظام.
