Steps:
1. Make sure your greens are dry. Lay your greens out on a towel to air-dry for a while.
2. Tear up your greens. Cut them into smaller pieces if they are big.
3. Toss it in a mixing bowl.
4. Add grated vegetables and chopped herbs.
5. Prepare your salad dressing. Dress the salad with your choice of dressing. Add sweetnesses if desired.
6. Drizzle your salad with dressing. Coat the greens very lightly.
7. Sprinkle on salt and pepper. Adjust taste if necessary, then serve them in individual bowls.
