FAQs
My application has been declined - Why?
The main reason that a Hunting application gets decided is due to a Police National Computer (PNC) background check not passing, for this to pass we require the following:
Have 0 related knife crimes within the last 3 months,
Have 0 related firearms charges within the last 6 months.
Once you reach this criteria you should re apply.
Where can I hunt?
To be very clear that the City is completely off limits for hunting you should never take a rifle into the city,
Closest to the city you can hunt is the Vinewood Sign,
You must hunt away from main roads examples include; Cassidy Trail, Zancudo Trail, any parks, wilderness, or forest,
Do not hunt at Raton Canyon or at the side of any roads.
What if I want to take out more than 100 bullets?
Perfectly fine. As a hunter, we trust you with our ammo. However, for every bullet you take you will be charged £100. Every Sunday, you will be billed for the ammunition you take. For example, if you take 75 round on Wednesday, on the Sunday of that week you will be billed £7500. Bills are calculated from Saturday midnight to the following Saturday midnight,
We ask hunters to take appropriate amounts of ammunition and not crazy amounts. Remember, storing ammo in your car could lead to a firearms charge so please be careful and only take what you need.
Can I give my friend who isn't a Hunter a rifle?
No, you cannot give any hunting equipment out at all! Not even to other hunters as this is tracked by person and the only equipment you should be taking out is for whatever you want to use as you're responsible for it.
