Proceed to checkout, but do not provide your credit card information or submit the order.
Print a hard copy (on paper) or save a soft copy (PDF) of your shopping cart contents and send it to RYF at ryf.fencing@gmail.com.
Use your best judgment to select options and sizes. We will review your choices to ensure they are correct before placing the order on your behalf.

When ordering European products (e.g., Uhlmann, Negrini), be aware that their sizing differs from U.S. standards. For example, jacket sizes are typically U.S. size + 8.
We typically place equipment orders every 2–3 months or sooner if there’s an immediate need. Regardless, send in your shopping cart as soon as you know what you need.
Important Tips:
Discounts: We typically receive a 5–20% club discount depending on the product.
Starter sets: 5% discount (starter set has already discounted).
Regular Absolute Fencing products: typically 20% discount.
Other branded products: 10–15% discount.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are shared proportionally based on the dollar amount of your order. Larger orders result in lower shipping percentages.
No Profit Policy: RYF do not take any profit from the sales. All costs and discounts are passed directly to fencers.
Product Quality: Avoid choosing the cheapest products (e.g., standard starter sets). Higher-quality equipment lasts longer and performs better.
Commitment: If you plan to fence after one year in the sport, consider investing in an electric set. Club equipment is suitable for beginners, but intermediate and advanced fencers should acquire your own gear to participate in tournaments or incur an additional fee to rent club equipment.

When the equipment and invoice arrive, we will send you a e-mail for pick up with your share of the total cost, including discounts and shipping. Payments should be made by check or in exact cash (no change provided).
