Appointment with Celebrant to complete NOIM

Organise wedding attire (dress, suit, etc.)

Collate all RSVP's

Let guests know about wedding presents/wishing well

Organise wishing well (if required)

Make sure all legal paperwork is completed with Celebrant

Piece together an itinerary of what will happen on the day

Make sure ceremony furniture & decorations finalised (arbour, seating, flowers, etc.)

Check dietary requirements of guests attending

Organise bridal party attire

Organise beverages for the reception

Organise transport on the day (yourself & guests)

Organise garter (if required)

Book a honeymoon (if required)

1 month before

Liaise with caterer regarding dietary requirements/final numbers

Send out bulk email to all vendors confirming itinerary

Settle accounts with all vendors

Organise songs (first dance, aisle song, etc.)

Book / organise rehearsal (if required)

Organise guest favours (if required)

Write personal vows for the ceremony

Deal with any issues which have arisen... (there will be issues)
