NAVEnabler, displayed as “NAV召喚” in Japanese (the “App”), is provided by RyanCraft.
Data Collection and Sharing
Neither the App nor RyanCraft collects, stores externally, shares, or sells personal information such as names, email addresses, location information, files stored on the device, or usage history.
The App does not use analytics, advertising, Firebase, crash-reporting, or similar data collection SDKs.
Google Play License Verification
The App uses Google Play Licensing to verify a valid purchase on first launch, after the App’s data is cleared, or after the App is reinstalled.
For this verification, the App passes its package name and a randomly generated nonce to the Google Play app installed on the device. Google Play may process Google Account, device, purchase record, and license information in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy:
https://policies.google.com/privacy
The App processes the signed license result and an app-specific identifier in memory only while verification is performed. This information is not transmitted to any server operated by or accessible to RyanCraft and is not stored on the device.
After successful verification, the App stores only a fixed, non-personally-identifying verification marker on the device.
Information Used on the Device
The App checks whether the required permission has been granted through ADB and changes a protected Android system setting related to the navigation bar.
The App also stores the widget’s last successful state and the selected language locally on the device. This information is not transmitted off the device.
The setup guide is an HTML file included with the App. It is copied to the device’s Downloads folder only when the user presses the download button. No network communication occurs during this operation.
Network Communication During Normal Use
After license verification is complete, the App does not initiate network communication during normal use.
The Privacy Policy displayed within the App is stored locally and does not require a network connection.
If the user chooses to open a link to an external service, that service’s terms and privacy policy apply.
Data Retention and Deletion
Internal App data is deleted when the user clears the App’s data through Android Settings or uninstalls the App.
A setup guide copied to the Downloads folder can be deleted separately by the user.
The navigation bar system setting may remain on the device after the App is uninstalled. Users should return the widget to its standard state before uninstalling the App.
Security
RyanCraft does not operate an external server that stores user data for the App.
License responses are verified using Google Play’s digital signature.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
If this Privacy Policy is changed, the version displayed within the App and the publicly available version will be updated.
