FrogMemo (the “App”) is provided by RyanCraft.
Neither the App nor RyanCraft collects, stores externally, shares, or sells personal information such as names, email addresses, location information, memo content, images stored in the App, or usage history.
The App does not use analytics, advertising, Firebase, crash-reporting, or similar data collection SDKs.
The App uses Google Play Licensing to verify that the user has a valid license for the App. License verification may occur on first launch, after the App’s data is cleared, after the App is reinstalled, or periodically as necessary.
For this verification, the App passes its package name and a randomly generated nonce to the Google Play app installed on the device. Google Play may process Google Account, device, purchase record, and license information in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy:

The App processes the signed license result locally. This information is not transmitted to any server operated by or accessible to RyanCraft.
The App may store limited license status and verification cache data locally on the device to reduce unnecessary license checks and allow temporary offline use.
The App stores memo content created or edited by the user locally on the device.
Memo content may include text, titles, images, handwritten content, timestamps, pin status, and other information necessary to display and manage saved memos.
Saved memo content and related information are stored locally in the App’s private storage area on the device.
The App may access images or other content selected by the user only when the user intentionally chooses such content for use in a memo.
Memo content is not transmitted to RyanCraft or stored on any external server operated by RyanCraft.
If FrogPouch is installed on the device, the App may allow the user to intentionally save or send memo content to FrogPouch.
Content is transferred to FrogPouch only when the user performs an action that requests the transfer, or when a FrogMemo feature explicitly configured by the user performs the corresponding local save operation.
Once content is stored in FrogPouch, its storage, retention, deletion, and other handling are governed by FrogPouch and its Privacy Policy.
FrogMemo and FrogPouch do not use a RyanCraft-operated external server to transfer memo content between the apps.
Saved memos remain stored locally until the user deletes them or clears the App’s data.
The user may manually delete saved memos using the functions provided by the App.
All internally stored App data is deleted when the user clears the App’s data through Android Settings or uninstalls the App.
Content transferred to FrogPouch or another app may remain under the control of that app and is not automatically deleted when FrogMemo data is deleted.
Saved memo content is stored in the App’s private storage area provided by Android.
When content is intentionally transferred to FrogPouch or another compatible app, access is provided only as necessary to perform the requested operation.
RyanCraft does not operate an external server that stores user memo content or personal data for the App.
License responses are verified using Google Play’s digital signature.
If this Privacy Policy is changed, the publicly available version and the “Last updated” date will be updated.
