Beach Access

The Mac Shack is part of the Eagle Bay Park Association which is comprised of two private beaches.

The "Big Beach" (.3 miles away, 5 minute walk)

The main beach is located at the end of Lakeview Drive. This is a family-friendly beach that has a large sandy area as well as a grassy picnic location equipped with tables and benches. The beach has a roped-off swimming area which includes a floating dock. The location of the beach is in the heart of the bay, which helps to maintain calm waters even on the windiest of days. The beach does have parking if you choose to drive.

The "Little Beach" (.5 miles away, 10 minute walk)

The smaller beach is located at the end of Forest Lane in the location commonly called, Eagle Point. This small beach gives you direct access to the area known as the "sand bar." This sand bar extends quite a ways into the lake and has become a popular destination of boaters. On a nice day, this location will see many boaters tied together enjoying all the fun that that the sandbar has to offer.
