Hello! I'm Richard Wang.

I am a PhD candidate in Organizational Behavior at London Business School. My research examines how individual-level psychological processes shape organizational outcomes, such as policy-practice decoupling and polarization.

I received my BA and MPhil in economics from the University of Cambridge and worked in economics consulting at Oxera. In my free time, I enjoy tennis, hiking, skiing and chess.

I am on the 2026–2027 academic job market.
