Before requesting...
RV Multimedia does not handle booking of venues and are unable to draw keys. Do ask the teacher-in-charge to book and draw keys for the respective venues needed. This includes the power source of the hall lighting switch located in the hall store.
RV Multimedia does not provide photography services. Please direct your request to RV Photography Club.
RV Multimedia only controls the movement of projector screen. Slides and background music coordinator has to be from the Organising Committee of the event. Provide your own laptops/long-range clickers if necessary.
RV Multimedia does not have access, nor do we control, the curtains at all venues in school.

ABOUT US
We provide sound, lighting, videography and video editing support for school events like CNY celebrations, NDP celebrations, Artsfest concert etc.
We also assist with live streaming events.
We are made up of two sub-divisions: Audio Visual (AV) and Visual Media (VM). AV handles sound & lighting systems while VM does filming, editing & live streaming.
