Kickoff Showcase! at Strangeways Brewing (Dabney Rd) doors 7:30pm show 8pm curtain call 10:30pm
Performers may park behind Strangeways and enter the building through the back door, which is the second door from the left when looking at the building from the back parking lot. This door does have a small flight of stairs (maybe 5-6 steps). The venue is wheelchair accessible via the front entrance, with designated handicap parking spaces in front. We will be performing in the back tasting room through the gray double doors.
Friday April 11th
Tech time 3-6pm
Performer call time 6pm
Pre-show Happy Hour at Ember Music Hall 6-7pm (open to the public)
Showcase at Ember Music Hall doors 7pm, show at 8pm, curtain call 11pm
After Party at Ember Music Hall curfew 1am- music and dancing in a large space with moderate volume music, food and drinks available (open to attendees and performers)
The venue is accessible. Parking is street parking (please read the signage) within a few block radius and paid parking decks/lots in the area)
Saturday April 6th
Classes at Ember Music Hall 10am-2pm
Tech time 3:30-6pm at The Byrd Theatre
Performer call time 6pm
Showcase at Byrd Theatre doors 7pm, show at 8pm, curtain call 11pm
The venue is accessible. Parking is street parking (free, but please read the signage) within a few block radius and paid parking decks/lots in the area
Saturday Night After Party at Botanya (performers and companions only! This is not open to the public)- light background music to provide an opportunity to network, food and drinks available. RSVP is requested on your performer registration form. Space is limited in the venue (limited to about 75) and we do need to meet a minimum for the venue to stay open just for us, since they normally close at 10pm.
Sunday April 12th
Farewell Burlesque Brunch at Blue Bee Cider- doors at 11am end 1pm. The show is free for performers to attend and open to the public for a $5 entry fee. The festival has made a reservation for 24 people, so we need to adjust as needed.
The venue is accessible and has a parking lot.
