Ruth Nakabugo

My name is Ruth Nakabugo, I am currently a senior at IUPUI and am pursuing my undergraduate degree in health management services. This portfolio outlines some of the experiences have done and I'm so grateful for the different skills I have learned.

Why Health Services Management?

When I joined University, I was a biology major my Freshman year. I wanted to become a Dentist. I did not really enjoy the classes I was taking, I realized I had to look for something I enjoy doing. I talked to a career advisor and I explored and did research about all the different majors she had shown. I wanted to pursue a career in Healthcare but not clinical. I did choose health services management because I was interested in leadership roles, and resolving issues.
