• 9-10am: JWST essentials (detectors, visibility, help resources)
• 10-12pm: ETC demo + hands-on exercise
• 12-1pm: Lunch break
• 1-3pm: APT demo + hands-on exercise
  • In parallel: "office hour" session with HelpDesk personnel @ STScI
• 3-5pm: optional additional work/question time in room 401 (upstairs from main workshop)
