Welcome to Rush VPN (the "Application" or "App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Buzzle Llc ("we," "us," or "our"), located in the United States, concerning your access to and use of the Rush VPN application.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the App and delete it from your device.
Rush VPN provides a secure, encrypted virtual private network service designed to protect your online privacy. As stated in our Privacy Policy, we operate under a strict No-Log Policy, meaning we do not track, collect, or store your browsing history, data content, DNS queries, or real IP addresses. Our service aims to enhance your digital privacy and security.
You agree to use Rush VPN only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for all your activities while using the App. You expressly agree NOT to use the App to:
Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities under any applicable local, national, or international laws.
Distribute malware, viruses, trojans, or any other malicious code.
Violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the integrity and security of our VPN servers and networks.
Exploit the App to distribute spam, unsolicited advertisements, or launch Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks.
We reserve the right to immediately terminate or restrict your access to the Application if we reasonably believe you have violated these restrictions or any applicable laws.
To provide our service free of charge, Rush VPN relies on in-app advertisements and analytics tools provided by third parties. Your interactions with these third-party services are subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
By using our App, you acknowledge the integration of the following third-party services:

All proprietary rights, intellectual property rights, trademarks, and copyrights associated with Rush VPN, including but not limited to its software code, logos, and design, are entirely owned by Buzzle Llc. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Rush VPN is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Buzzle Llc makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, speed, or absolute security of the service. While we strive to provide a highly secure and reliable VPN connection, we cannot guarantee that the App will be free from interruptions, errors, or vulnerabilities.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Buzzle Llc, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Application. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms of Service and your use of the Application shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time to reflect changes in our app features, legal requirements, or Google Play Developer Policies. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
