Buzzle Llc ("we," "us," or "our"), located in the United States, is the developer and operator of Rush VPN (the "Application" or "App"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data globally in accordance with Google Play Developer Policies and applicable global privacy laws.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use Rush VPN. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your privacy or data, our Data Protection Officer (DPO) at Buzzle Llc can be reached at buzzlellc5@gmail.com.
As a premium VPN service provider, we strictly adhere to a No-Log Policy. This means we do not monitor, record, log, store, or share your online activities. Specifically, we do NOT collect or store:
Your real IP addresses
Your browsing history or websites visited
DNS queries
Bandwidth usage, data content, or the specific network traffic you route through our VPN servers.
To provide you with secure and seamless VPN functionalities, the Application requests the following Android permissions. We only request these permissions when absolutely necessary for the core functions of the App:
Internet Access (android.permission.INTERNET):
Trigger Event: When the application initiates network requests.
Explanation: This fundamental network access permission is strictly required to establish encrypted connections between your device and our secure VPN servers.
Foreground Service (android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE):
Trigger Event: When you click the button to connect to the VPN.
Explanation: This allows the VPN service to remain continuously active in the background. It also enables a persistent status notification in your notification bar, preventing the Android operating system from unexpectedly terminating the active VPN connection.
Foreground Service Special Use (android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE):
Trigger Event: Triggered simultaneously with the foreground service upon VPN connection.
Explanation: For devices running Android 14 and above, this permission is used to declare a special VPN foreground service type (specialUse/vpn). It ensures strict compliance with Google's updated foreground service policies for VPN apps.
Notifications (android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS):
Trigger Event: Requested on the main screen (for Android 13 and above).
Explanation: This allows us to display your real-time VPN connection status in your device’s status bar, ensuring you are always aware when your traffic is being encrypted, as well as sending necessary operational alerts.
To maintain app stability, analyze basic performance, and support the App via advertising, we integrate the following third-party services. These third parties may collect device identifiers and usage data governed by their own privacy policies:
Google Play Services: Used for core Android app functionalities. Read Google's Privacy Policy
Google AdMob: Used to serve non-intrusive advertisements. Read AdMob Privacy Policy
Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics (by Google): Used to analyze app crashes and basic aggregated usage trends (excluding any VPN traffic data) to improve stability. Read Firebase Privacy Policy
AppsFlyer: Used for mobile attribution and marketing analytics to understand how users find our App. Read AppsFlyer Privacy Policy
