Why?
I have been fortunate to combine a background in science, a career in data and a wonderful family with my passion for endurance running (and research). I am now at a stage where I want to help the serious everyday runner.
Through my Giving It Back Scheme, I am offering bespoke, 1:1 virtual coaching at no cost to a limited number of runners. My goal is to apply rigorous, evidence-based training principles to help you reach your specific goals—whether that is a parkrun PB or your first half marathon.
What is it?
Initial Assessment: A review of your current fitness and training history.
Bespoke Training Plan: A structured plan tailored to your potential and lifestyle. See my other pages for what we can discuss.
Frequent Reviews: Analysis of your training metrics to adjust intensity and volume.
Email support with the option to schedule video calls etc.

Onboarding: If a slot is available, I will email you a detailed questionnaire to begin your assessment then arrange a call or meeting to get going.
