I am a qualified running coach (see below) but have also spent a lot of time in the years since 2014 researching and experimenting to find out what works, at least for me. I aim to train in a way that prioritises health that leads to performance, whereas many go for performance at the expense of health. I have researched running, nutrition, mental training, strength training and every rabbit hole I can go down. I have read a huge number of books (see the library page for a few of these) and am open minded due to my experience with diet and nutrition.

Event Director - I am Event Director for my local junior parkrun and have volunteered over 300 times (as of April 2026).
