World's History

The conflict that liberated much of the world from their dragon overlords happened just at the edge of recorded history. Much of its events are more myth than reality. The mortal races forged an alliance among themselves, casting off the yoke of their draconic rule with the support of the giants - the dragons' direct competition. The conflict left both dragons and giants scarce beings, and has opened the world to the younger races.
