MAJOR LOCATIONS
These are large, well-known locations and goals to work toward. They are not the only things to be seen.
Fort Brickmane
The dull, boring and safe beachhead of the colonists on Runesbane. Large, bustling, and profitable.
Treasurehead
The dwarves first attempt at taming Runesbane. Now a crumbling fortress inhabited by all manner of evil hordes.
Inkwatch
The Emerald Empire's first attempt at weathering Runesbane's horrors. Now home to the undead remains of the original legionaries and settlers.
Chirra-Khorre
The extent of the ancient ruins of Chirra-Khorre isn't clear. However, the former metropolis turned mega-dungeon does house thousands of pounds of gold, hundreds of magical items. And, extreme danger.
MINOR LOCATIONS
These are smaller landmarks or locations players have uncovered.
Shrine of Milil
A ruined shrine to the goddess Milil north of Brickmane. Orcs gathered their to reestablish themselves, but have since moved on.
Dragonshield
A city from the same civilization that crafted Chirra-Khorre. Now a crumbling home to kobolds. Below the city's sewers lay their vulnerable warrens.
Guilcana Wetlands
Home to many of Runesbane's deadliest waterborne diseases and creatures. The wetlands are humid, hard to trek through, and home to the lizardfolk tribes. They reside in a sinking fortress on its southern edge called Dunwater Reservoir.
The Stone Garden
Northwest of Brickmane lay the pavilion of shattered stone statues and columns that once was home to a medusa and her servants. She and her supplicants have since been killed by adventurers. Their relics remain, however.
Weirding
Weirding is an independent small town home to Kayne Weirding, it's namesake. It has beside it a marvelous and unprecedented cache of iron, bronze and tin ores in its soil. It is not within Fort Brickmane's jurisdiction.
Fanged Howlers' Prison
Base of operations for the Fanged Howlers, a goblin warband. They house their captives here - an old prison made by those of Chirra-Khorre. It is a fierce fortress in good condition.
Tragidore
A trading post, rest-stop and former territory of Fort Brickmane, Tragidore has since fallen into Hobgoblin hands. It was the site of a virulent plague that wiped out its inhabitants. The Hobgoblins stole away with it in this power vacuum.
Tomb of the Sacred Hearts
A tomb dedicated to long-past knights of a sacred order. Now currently inhabited by kobolds as it guards a secret entrance to their warrens.
The Archive
A treasure trove of forbidden knowledge deep within the sediment of Runesbane. A sunken sliver of the ancient races knowledge rumored to be preserved. Under heavy, deadly guard.
Cordia's Rest
Resting spot of Cordia, a dimetrodon raised by Korphinus. She was killed in a hobgoblin ambush by a devastator's fireball.
Serene Gale Peaks
Well preserved ruins of Chirra-Khorre located in the Shattered Spine mountains. Once home to numerous aarakocra, who have since been ousted by Grey Orcs. Contains many maintained libraries and artefacts.
Jungle Drum
A small village home to Tortles of the island Isla Nublar. It is a rest stop and trading post for seafarers and adventurers alike. It is a welcoming and calm place.
Eclipse's Farm
Home to several farmland animals, Eclipse's Farm is a waystation established by Eclipse the Bard just north of Brickmane.
Skeleton Dam
Crafted by Balthazar Cortés and Mortis, this underground dam protects The Archive from being flooded. The undead workers used to construct it have become part of it.
Rockcrusher Mine
The ancestral mine of the Rockcrusher clan. Currently occupied, it is said to be the source of silver and a forge of unparalleled quality.
