These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rune Links mobile application (the “App”), developed by Indie Dev Studios. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Rune Links. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Indie Dev Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Rune Links for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Use the App for unlawful or abusive purposes
Rune Links is a free-to-play mobile puzzle game. Features, gameplay mechanics, and availability may change over time.
The App does not require user registration or account creation.
Rune Links may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. Indie Dev Studios does not control the content of third-party advertisements and is not responsible for their accuracy or availability.
If in-app purchases are offered, all transactions are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s terms and policies. Indie Dev Studios does not handle billing or refunds directly.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how information is handled.
Indie Dev Studios may update or modify the App at any time, including adding, removing, or changing features, without prior notice.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Indie Dev Studios does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indie Dev Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
Indie Dev Studios may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
