This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (the “User”) and Indie Dev Studios regarding your use of the Rune Links mobile application (the “App”). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA.
Indie Dev Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Rune Links on devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this EULA and Google Play policies.
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
The App, including all content, features, artwork, audio, code, and design elements, is owned by Indie Dev Studios and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the App.
Rune Links may display advertisements and use third-party services. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Indie Dev Studios is not responsible for the content, availability, or behavior of third-party services.
Indie Dev Studios may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the App at any time. Such updates may be required to continue using the App.
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete any copies in your possession.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indie Dev Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
