To open the Item Properties Menu (IPM), hold down Shift and Left Click* an item.
The IPM will allow you to edit specific properties of an item.
The top of the IPM will showcase the name of the item you have selected. Below it will be a list of editable properties. (Note: not all items have editable properties.) Below the properties section will be the transform section, which will allow you to directly edit the location, rotation, and scale of an item.
The very bottom of the IPM will be a delete button which will delete the selected item. (Note: you can also press the Delete key on your keyboard to delete an object.)

Moving Platform: Should Work Without Lever: determines whether the platform is activated by default**
Key: activation key (will be explained in greater detail later)**
End Location: the location the moving platform will move to.*** Always takes 2 seconds to reach its destination
Stretching Platform: End scale: the scale the platform will shrink or expand to
Jump Pad: Velocity: the direction and strength of the bounce. Negative values will send you in the opposite direction***
Lever: Key: when touched, will activate any platform with an identical key
Water: Velocity: the direction and strength of the current inside of the water. Negative values will send you in the opposite direction
Johnson: Johnson: Johnson
Jump Orb: Velocity:***
Cooldown: the amount of time in between when the item can be used
Toggle Platform: Start Off: makes the platform invisible by default
Time On/Off: the amount of time the platform stays on/off, reversed when "Start Off" is enabled
Planet: Rotation Rate: the amount of degrees the planet rotates every second
Planet Gravity: the gravity multiplier while the player is standing on the planet
Moon Gravity: the gravity multiplier while the player is standing on a moon
Number of Moons: the amount of moons orbiting the planet. Max=2
Portal: Key: will link 2 portals with an identical key. Having more than 2 portals with the same key will cause unintended behavior. Not affected by levers
Launch Distance: the distance the player will be launched when entering this portal. The destination portal's launch distance has no effect
Make Orange: makes the portal orange instead of blue. Purely cosmetic. (Note: unlinked portals will always be gray)
Text: Text: editable text that will appear in game.
(Note: to select this object, click on the red box at its center)
Light: Light Intensity: how bright the light is
Use Spotlight: makes the light a spotlight. Spotlights only cast light in a single direction, just like real spotlights
Light Color: the color of the emitted light
Hallway Split: Blockers: can edit whether the left and right hallways have a blocker at the end of them. Does not affect the center hallway
Fed: Key: activation key. Not affected by levers
Chase Speed: how fast the fed chases after the player. The player has a default run speed of 2000
Chase Player On Start: whether or not the fed begins chasing the player when the level is started
Fed Type: can choose between a male and female model for the fed. Purely cosmetic
Fed Controller: Key: when the player enters the fed controller's bounds, all feds with an identical key are either activated or deactivated
Controller Action: whether or not to activate or deactivate all feds with an identical key. (Note: deactivated feds can be reactivated)
BIG Blue Ball: Bounce Velocity: how high the player is bounced when touching the ball
Bubble: Velocity:***
Bubble Spawner: Bubble Lifetime: how long each bubble takes to reach its destination. Bubbles will pop once completed
Spawn Time: how often a bubble is spawned
End Location:***
Elevator: Speed: how long the platform takes to reach its destination
End Location:*** (Note: will only return to its default location after the player has stepped off of it)
Pushy Wall Thing: Time to Activation: the min/max time it takes for a random wall to turn red
Time to Popout: the min/max time it takes for a wall to pop out after turning red
Spinner: Spinner Speeds: how fast the top/bottom spinners spin
