OUR POLICY
The hotel is responsible for the safety, cleanliness and health of the guest cat during the stay or treatment period. Guest cats that are found to be sick during the stay must be treated either by the hotel or taken to a veterinary clinic at the customer's expense.
POLISI KAMI
Pihak hotel adalah bertanggungjawab terhadap keselamatan, tahap kebersihan & kesihatan kucing tamu sepanjang berada dalam tempoh penginapan atau rawatan. Kucing tamu yang didapati sakit ketika tempoh penginapan perlu dirawat samada oleh pihak hotel atau dibawa ke klinik veterinar atas tanggungan kos oleh pelanggan.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
For accommodation bookings, guest cats must be healthy and vaccinated. Please include a photo of the vaccination card for reference.
If your cat has a flea problem during check-in, flea treatment is mandatory. Customers will be charged RM10.00 for liquid flea medicine drops. If it is necessary to treat fleas, an additional charge of RM50 will be charged according to the customer's agreement.
The check-in and check-out process of the booked accommodation package must follow the hotel's operating hours.
After the operating hours, customers have to postpone the check-in or check-out process until the next working day or incur a late charge of RM8 per hour (for each package). However, customers need to inform in advance about the lateness.
TERMA & SYARAT
Untuk tempahan penginapan, kucing tamu perlu wajib dalam keadaan sihat dan penerima vaksin. Sila sertakan gambar kad vaksin untuk rujukan.
Sekiranya kucing anda bermasalah kutu semasa pemeriksaan masuk, rawatan kutu adalah wajib. Pelanggan akan dikenakan caj RM10.00 untuk ubat kutu jenis cecair titis. Sekiranya perlu kepda rawatan mandian kutu, caj tambahan akan dikenakan sebanyak RM50 mengikut persetujuan pelanggan.
Proses masuk dan keluar dari pakej penginapan yang ditempah perlu mengikut waktu operasi hotel.
Selepas waktu operasi, pelanggan perlu menangguh proses masuk atau keluar ke hari bekerja yang berikutnya atau menanggung caj lewat RM8 setiap jam (untuk setiap pakej). Walaubagaimanapun para pelanggan perlu memaklumkan terlebih dahulu sekiranya lewat.
