What do you get as a member?

1. Every membership before 31 July 2022 will be given three FREE "grooming" voucher codes worth RM35 each (valid until 31 Dec 2022).

2. Each member is entitled to a 20% discount for the boarding package 02 (Deluxe) & the boarding package 03 (Super Indulge). The price displayed in the catalogue is before discount.

3. Each member is entitled to a 5% discount for the 'grooming' package with spend of RM50 and above for grooming. The price displayed in the catalogue is before discount.

4. Renewal is FREE of charges every year with a different benefits.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Customers need to make an appointment no later than three (3) working days before the preferred date.

2. Vouchers are eligible to be redeemed after you have used at least one RMAA service or purchased any of Our products.

3. For voucher redemption, you only need to show this voucher during the appointment.

4. Vouchers can only be redeemed once & cannot be transferred.

5. The boarding discount is eligible for any specified booking only at any time.

6. Redemption of grooming discount must adhere to the requirement of minimum spent amount.

Apa yang anda dapat sebagai ahli ?

1. Setiap keahlian sebelum 31 Julai 2022 akan diberikan tiga kod baucar "grooming" PERCUMA bernilai RM35 setiap satu (sah sehingga 31 Dec 2022).

2. Setiap ahli layak mendapat potongan harga sebanyak 20% untuk pakej "boarding" 02 (Deluxe) & pakej "boarding" 03 (Super Indulge). Harga yang dipamerkan pada katalog adalah sebelum diskaun.

3. Setiap ahli layak mendapat potongan harga sebanyak 5% untuk pakej 'grooming'. Harga yang dipamerkan pada katalog adalah belum diskaun.

4. Pembaharuan adalah PERCUMA setiap tahun dengan manfaat yang berbeza.

Terma & syarat:

1. Pelanggan perlu membuat tempahan temujanji selewat-lewatnya tiga (3) hari bekerja sebelum tarikh yang dipilih. 

2. Baucar layak ditebus setelah anda menggunakan sekurang-kurangnya satu perkhidmatan RMAA atau membeli mana-mana satu produk Kami.

3. Untuk penebusan baucar, anda hanya perlu tunjukkan baucar anda semasa temujanji.

4. Baucar hanya boleh ditebus sekali sahaja & tidak boleh ditukar milik.

5. Diskaun penginapan hanya layak bagi mana-mana tempahan yang dinyatakan sahaja pada bila-bila masa.

6. Penebusan diskaun dandanan mesti mematuhi keperluan jumlah perbelanjaan minimum seperti yang dinyatakan.
