Agent’s RuleCheck User Guide
Get started
Choose your province and role, then use the dashboard to open the tool that matches the task in front of you. RuleCheck is designed to support your workflow, not replace your professional judgment, brokerage policies, or legal advice.
Ask Compliance
Open Ask Compliance from the home screen.
Type a real-world question or scenario.
Include useful context: province, your role, property type, key dates, written instructions, documents involved, and what has already happened.
Read the answer, authority, risk level, and recommended next steps.
Open the follow-up sections for client-language explanations, risks, red flags, missing documentation, and “if audited today.”
Save the review to a case or export a broker-review package when appropriate.
Tip: Treat every answer as a starting point for a sound decision. Confirm that the facts, current legislation, and brokerage policy match your situation.
Search Rules
Open Search Rules.
Choose a topic or use the search field.
Browse the applicable provincial rule-bank material.
Read the source context before relying on a result.
Use Search Rules when you want to review the underlying authority, not only a practical answer.
Compliance Verify

Select the workflow, such as advertising, FINTRAC/ID, security deposit, or listing disclosure.
Add a property address when the check relates to a specific transaction.
Paste, scan, photograph, or import the relevant text or material.
Complete the requested fields and review the result.
Save the completed check to a case file or export it for broker review.
Compliance Verify checks process and documentation. It is not legal clearance or a substitute for professional review.
Document Interpreter
Open Document Interpreter.
Select Scan, Photos, Import, or Paste.
Add all relevant pages and give the document a clear name.
Review the extracted information carefully, especially names, dates, money, signatures, clauses, and notice periods.
Use the findings to support a case, broker-review package, or notice draft.
OCR and scans are data-entry aids. Always verify the original document before relying on the analysis.
Notice Generator
Open Notice Generator.
Choose a template.
Add your sender details, brokerage name, recipient, property address, and other requested information.
Use Smart Field Assist to identify possible fields, then review every suggestion.
Copy or export the draft.
Confirm legislation, agreements, lease terms, policies, and written client instructions before sending.
Copying or exporting a draft does not send a notice to anyone.

Use FINTRAC tools to create and maintain client-ID records, receipt-of-funds records, and risk worksheets.
Open Field Tools and select FINTRAC.
Complete transaction and client information.
Scan a licence barcode only as a data-entry aid.
Compare the individual with their authentic, valid, current photo ID and complete all required verification steps.
Review the record for accuracy, then save it with the relevant transaction or case.
Market Assessment
Open Market Assessment.
Choose sale value or rent/lease, then choose the property class.
Add subject-property details.
Add comparable sales or listings and record adjustments.
Review the analysis and export a branded PDF if required.

Calculator
Open Field Tools and select Calculator.
