I am a professor of theoretical physics at the Department of Theoretical Physics of the Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ).
My field of work is on particle cosmology -- the branch of physics that studies the fundamental phenomena of the very small (particle physics) and of the very large (the universe).
I lecture both undergraduate and graduate courses at UERJ and also supervise students in all levels of research.
