I started RudeDrums almost a year ago now with short clips of songs i like to play already or have just learned, i film from the corner of my room with a tripod with my phone attached and i connect my headphone to my computer so i can hear the song, i will record the original song and over lap it on the editing apps i use and try get it best in time i can.
With my drum cover i like to show song that show where i can show my styles of playing and with diffrent genres it makes it more intresting.
Sliver is a great song to cover as it has slow parts to relax and then in classic nirvana fashion jump right back into the noise.
This is the drum lesson i put up online its one of two at the moment and hopefully have more up soon, in these videos so far i have looked at playing a 4/4 drum beat and how to play 16th
Me and my band Islands Society sometimes like to put covers in our set likeĀ
Today by the smashing pumkins
celebrity skin by hole
Just by radio head
we have all of our covers on sound cloud for our fans to check them out and to listen to.
