For 21 years of my life, I lived at Mumbai, India, with my parents. As a pampered only child, I was given all the time and resources to focus on my education, art and other hobbies, never needed to do major household chores for the family, other than the routine help at home. So cooking a meal for my family ever, was completely out of the way.
At 22, I moved to the USA and started living as a Graduate student. Evenings of grad life are quite unlikely to have a tedious cooking session in them. It started as necessity and turned out to be a new found passion, I started major COOKING! Since August 2019, I have been cooking as a sous and head chef in my kitchen at Pittsburgh. Thoroughly love to try new cuisines and recipes. In fact, what makes me fully satisfied, is a hungry audience waiting to devour all my cooked food!
