Instructions for Presenters
The programme has been desgined as a workshop (rather than a conference), therefore we have given short slots for talks and interleaved multiple discussion sessions into the programme.
Those who received a poster presentation are able to send us a recording of a talk or an e-poster (see below). We will have poster boards for those who wish to bring a paper poster. Please contact rubinslens24_at_googlegroups.com of you are bringing a paper poster.
Instructions for Speakers
We have given you 10min, i.e., 8min + 2min Q&A, unless a shorter slot has been requested/discussed.
The last slide of your talk should specify 1 to 3 Rubin relevant messages to inform the subsequent discussion.
Please aim for no more than 6 slides for your talk
If you and your colleagues have related talks please coordinate such that only one of you gives the intro rather than repeat information
We have tried to be mindful of your local time zones if you are remote speaker, If you cannot make the time slot allocated to you, please let me know immediately. In the programme, remote speakers are highlighted in red, those on a white background are in person. If that is incorrect, please let me know immediately.
