Ao100 - Average of 100, take out your best time and worse and the average of the remaining 98 times solves.
Ao1000 - Average of 1000, take your best time and worse time and the average of the remaining 998 time solves.
Ao12 - Average of 12, take out your best time and worse time and the average of the remaining 10 times solves.
Ao5 - Average of 5, take out your best time and worse time and average the remaining 3 times solves.
Comp - Another way of saying Competition.
Competition - Where most speedcubers compete.
DNF - Did Not Finish. If the cube is more that 1 move away from solved, then it's a DNF.
Fingertrick - An efficient way to do a sets of moves or algorithm.
Notation - A name of the side of the Rubik's Cube.
Over learning - Learning too much in a short period of time.
+ 2 - If the cube is solve but off more than 45 degree, then it's a +2.
PB Single - Personal Best, their fastest time they have ever solved the Rubik's Cube.
Permutation - Moving the pieces on their right position. In other words putting the pieces on their solved position.
Rubik's Cube - A normal and a starter cube.
Speedcube Timer - Timer where people use and use in competition.
Speedcuber - a person that can solve a Rubik's Cube really fast.
Speedcubes - Fast or premium cubes that are better than Rubik's Cubes.
Speedcubeshop - The name says it all, it's a shop of speedcubes.
Speedcubing - a hobby of solving a Rubik's Cube really fast.
WR - Another way of saying World Record.
2-Look OLL - Doing OLL in two steps.
2-Look PLL - Doing PLL in two steps.
3x3 Blind - Solving the 3x3 Rubik's cube blindfolded, or without out looking at it.
4LLL - 2-Look OLL, 2-Look PLL.
AUF - Adjust U Face.
Beginner's Method - A method of most all starters learn.
CFOP- Cross, F2L, OLL, PLL. a method invented by Jessica Fridrich, another people will call this method "Fridrich Method"
F2L - First Two Layers.
Headlight - Two matching color or stick on the same face.
