Before coming to Michigan State University, I did my undergrad at IISER Pune, India. The final year of my program was spent at IISc, Bangalore, working with Dr. Harish Seshadri.  During the 2020-2021 academic year, I was in the long-term visiting students' Program at ICTS, Bangalore, mentored by Dr. Rukimini Dey.
